Heat the liquid, add 50 grams of yeast and lemon zest and leave to ferment for a few hours. Add sugar and honey to taste before use.

A drink with kefir will perfectly strengthen the immune system. Mash 100 grams of yeast, add a spoonful of sugar or honey, cover with water, stir and let it ferment. Then steam the mass for ten minutes, add a couple more spoons of honey, add apple juice and kefir 0.5 l each and mix thoroughly. You can add some cinnamon or lemon peel. Serve the yeast drink chilled.
