This fruit drink is made in the same way as a regular cranberry juice. The only difference is that instead of sugar, you need to add honey to it. 150 grams of sugar are replaced by 100 grams of honey.
Fresh apple juice
Wash the apples, peel and core, grate, squeeze out the juice. Next, cook the cake for 10 minutes, infuse for half an hour. Then, strain everything, mix with sugar and juice.
For 1 liter of water, take 150 grams of apples, 150 grams of sugar. Sweet apples will require slightly less sugar.

Beetroot fruit drink
Grate washed and peeled beets. Better to use a fine grater. Squeeze out the juice. Boil the cake in water for 20 minutes. Add sugar, beet juice and lemon juice before turning off, then strain.
