And yet, even in the refrigerator, under the influence of light and oxygen, vitamins and enzymes, which are rich in just squeezed juice from fruits or vegetables, are gradually destroyed. To keep a healthy drink for more than a day, it is better to freeze it. This is especially true for seasonal fruits. In this state, useful substances are stored at any low temperature without loss and are reactivated during thawing. It is better to defrost drinks without taking them out of the refrigerator (just move the containers from the freezer to a less cold shelf).
