  • - 1/2 cans of condensed milk (you can either buy it or make it yourself);
  • - 150 g fresh butter (unsalted);
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder without various additives;
  • - a tablespoon of cognac or any liquor (optional).

Step 1

Put softened butter in a large bowl, cut it into small pieces and add condensed milk. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth (you can use a mixer, the cooking process will be much faster).

Step 2

Next, add a tablespoon of cocoa to the bowl and beat, repeat the procedure again (only one spoonful of cocoa should remain).

The next step is crushing the cookies. Two options are suitable for grinding: grating and passing through a meat grinder. You can choose any at your discretion.

Next, you need to gradually pour the cookies into a bowl to the oil mixture and mix thoroughly. It is necessary to add chopped cookies in small portions, in no case pour everything out at once, otherwise, firstly, it will be quite difficult to mix everything so that the cookies are evenly saturated, and secondly, the dough may turn out to be crumbly and it will be impossible to roll a cake out of it.

At this stage, you can add cognac or liquor to the dough. If children will also eat the cake, then this step should be skipped or more useful ingredients, for example, crushed nuts, should be added.

Step 5

Now you can start forming the cakes. It is necessary to divide the resulting mass with a tablespoon into small portions, then form from these pieces the correct slightly elongated "sausages". Ready "sausages" must be rolled in cocoa powder, then put them on a flat plate. Place in the refrigerator for three to five hours, after which you can enjoy a delicious treat.
