Enjoy the taste of Indian masala tea, because the drink is prepared in just half an hour! If you wish, you can diversify the presented recipe by adding turmeric, annatto seeds, peasant seeds … in general, whatever you wish!
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - milk - 2 glasses;
- - cardamom - 10 pieces;
- - carnation - 10 pieces;
- - water - 1 glass;
- - anise - 2 pieces;
- - ginger root - 15 g;
- - allspice, peppercorns;
- - Assam tea - 2 tsp;
- - cinnamon, nutmeg, almonds, vanilla, cane sugar - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix water with milk, bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 2
Fry the cinnamon, anise, crushed cloves, pepper, ginger slice, cardamom, almonds in a skillet without oil.
Step 3
Dip the prepared spices into the milk, cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vanilla, sugar, cardamom, nutmeg to taste. Add tea, cook for another five minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat, let it brew for five minutes. Serve the prepared Indian masala tea hot.
