- 15 g citric acid.

Step 1
Rinse the pumpkin thoroughly in plenty of running water. Clean it up.
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces (2-4 centimeters). Remove all seeds.
Step 3
Pass the pumpkin slices through a juicer. A healthy and tasty drink ready to drink.
Step 4
In order to prepare pumpkin juice for the winter, put the pumpkin, cut into pieces, in a saucepan.

Pour cold water into a saucepan so that the pumpkin is completely covered.

Cover the pot with a lid. Bring its contents to a boil over high heat. Remove the lid from the pan with an oven mitt, reduce the heat.

Stir the pumpkin carefully so as not to burn yourself. Boil it over low heat for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the pan from heat. Wipe the steamed pumpkin through a metal sieve.
Step 9
For every 6 liters of the resulting juice, add 300 grams of granulated sugar and 15 grams of citric acid.
Step 10
Juice 3 oranges, pour into pumpkin juice.
Step 11
Put the saucepan with juice on the fire, bring it to a boil.
Step 12
Pour the juice into sterilized jars, roll up with metal lids.

Flip the jar onto the lid and wrap it up for a few hours. Store pumpkin juice in a cool place.
