Place in a saucepan of water in a ratio of 1 cup per kilogram of pumpkin pulp and heat until softened. You can cut the fruit lengthwise into slices and bake in the oven. Rub the pulp through a sieve, add sugar syrup (50-100 g of sugar per 1 liter of water), heat to 80 ° C, add lemon juice and pour into sterilized 1-2 liter jars.
