It is necessary

  • Meat sauce:
  • - 200 g of pork;
  • - 2 glasses of water;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. flour;
  • - 1 bay leaf;
  • - 3 black peppercorns;
  • - salt.
  • Vegetable sauce:
  • - 120 g of canned green peas;
  • - 100 g of carrots;
  • - 20 g butter;
  • - 5 g of sugar;
  • - 10 g flour;
  • - 100 g of milk;
  • - 1 egg yolk.
  • Mushroom sauce:
  • - a handful of dry mushrooms;
  • - 1 tbsp. flour;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 3 glasses of water.

Instructions

Step 1

Meat sauce

Wash the meat, chop it finely and place it in a saucepan. Cover the meat with water and bring to a boil, covered over high heat. Remove the lid from the pan, reduce the heat, remove the foam. Add chopped onions, bay leaves, and peppers to a saucepan. Cook the gravy, stirring occasionally, over low heat.

Step 2

Mix the flour with half a glass of cold water until smooth. Add the mixture to the gravy about 10 minutes until the meat is tender. Mix everything well and salt to taste.

Step 3

Once the meat is cooked through until cooked through, remove the pan from the heat. Serve the meat gravy hot.

Step 4

Vegetable sauce

Wash, peel and dice the carrots. Put it in a saucepan, add 10 g butter, 2 tbsp. milk and simmer covered over low heat until the carrots are tender. Add some water if necessary.

Step 5

While the carrots are stewing, prepare the milk sauce. Spread the flour in a dry skillet until light yellow. Bring milk to a boil and combine with flour. Beat everything until smooth.

Step 6

Add the yolk to the hot sauce, stirring quickly. Add butter and salt to taste. Bring the sauce to a boil. Combine canned peas, carrots and sauce, stir. Delicious vegetable sauce is ready.

Step 7

Mushroom sauce

Pour dry mushrooms with hot water and leave for 2-3 hours. Then squeeze the mushrooms and chop finely. Do not pour out the water in which they were soaked.

Step 8

Fry the mushrooms with chopped onions in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes. After that, sprinkle the mushrooms with flour evenly, mix everything and continue to fry, stirring, for another 5 minutes.

Step 9

Strain the water that the mushrooms have been soaked in and pour it into a saucepan. Add the fried mushrooms and onions there and cook the gravy for another 15-20 minutes. Season the dish with salt to taste. It is not recommended to add spices to it, so as not to kill the aroma of mushrooms. Use a hot gravy.
