In addition, these dishes are hearty and at the same time low in calories, and their main ingredients - rice and fish - go well with each other and are suitable for all those who adhere to separate meals. That is precisely why the sushi diet arose, according to which it is worth organizing a kind of fasting day once a week, during which you can only eat sushi and rolls.

But, despite the fact that such a cuisine is healthy, there are some negative aspects of eating rolls and sushi. So, they should not be abused by allergy sufferers (after all, red fish, which is used for sushi, can be a strong allergen for such people), as well as those who suffer from peptic ulcer disease, gastritis or have any pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract.

Another danger lies in the fact that these "Japanese" dishes, prepared in Russia, may hardly resemble the original ones. So, for example, if in Japan raw fish is added to sushi only fresh, we can have it not only for a couple of hours, but for a day, and this makes the product quite dangerous for the body. So you should avoid Japanese restaurants with a dubious reputation.

In addition, according to the advice of doctors, it is worth, if possible, give preference to rolls and sushi, in which raw fish is replaced by smoked eel, lightly salted salmon or boiled shrimp. In addition, in order not to poison yourself with low-quality dishes, before you start eating rolls or sushi, you must definitely smell them. They should not be eaten if they smell like ammonia.
