A friend of mine learned this recipe while traveling in Italy. There it is appreciated for its ease of preparation and unique taste. To me, this dish seems unusual. But the taste is amazing. If you prepare such a dish for a holiday, you will smite your guests and loved ones on the spot.
It is necessary
- - 300 g spaghetti,
- - 1/2 can of tomatoes in their own juice,
- - 1 onion,
- - 3 cloves of garlic,
- - 80 g anchovies,
- - 1 tbsp. l. capers,
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil,
- - pitted olives,
- - ground red pepper,
- - basil,
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the sauce. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We crush the garlic with a knife and fry a little to give its aroma. Then we take out the garlic, it is no longer needed.
Step 2
Put the anchovy fillets in the oil. Cut the tomatoes in their own juice, add to the anchovies. Season with hot pepper and salt. Pour in some water.
Step 3
We wash the capers, cut the olives into halves, add to the pan. Simmer after boiling over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
While the sauce is stewing, boil the spaghetti until half cooked. Put on a dish, pour over the sauce and decorate with basil. To make the sauce thicker, it should be stewed longer, at least half an hour.
