  • ground black pepper 0.4 g;
  • salt 12 g;
  • vegetable oil 40 g;
  • lean bacon 124 g;
  • onions 140 g;
  • sweet red pepper 40 g;
  • tomato puree 64 g;
  • cream 40 g;
  • pork fat.

Whole carp should be washed, cleaned, head and fins removed, and all entrails, then rinsed. The fish should be cut on fillets with skin but no bones. In each portioned piece, you need to make cuts at a distance of 1-1.5 cm from each other and put anchovy fillets in them.

Season the prepared stuffed fish with salt and pepper, and then fry over high heat in fat or vegetable oil. Then you should put the fish on a dish.

Bacon, red bell peppers and onions must be cut into small cubes and fried in hot vegetable oil in which the fish was fried. Then add cream and tomato paste to the prepared fried foods, bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes over very low heat.

Put the prepared fish in a baking dish, pour over the prepared sauce and simmer in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until tender (30 minutes).

Serve fish with fresh or boiled vegetables.
