Cheeseburger is a type of popular fast food. It can be made at home by incorporating healthy foods like parsnips and carrots into your recipe.
It is necessary
- - 2 parsnip roots;
- - 2-3 pcs. carrots;
- - 4 rolls;
- - 500 g of finished cutlet minced meat;
- - 1 sweet pepper fruit (100 g);
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - 100 g of mayonnaise;
- - 1 tsp spicy mixture (dry garlic powder, mustard powder, sugar) or 1 clove of garlic, 0.5 tsp. mustard paste, sugar;
- - 2, 5 tbsp. l. olive / vegetable oil;
- - 0.5 tsp salt, pepper for carrots and parsnips.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the cheese. Cut the carrots and parsnips into cubes. Chop the pepper finely. Cut the buns into two parts. You can use store-bought buns, or you can make your own if you wish. You will need 250 g of wheat flour, 160 ml of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. fast-acting yeast. The recipe is simple: dissolve the yeast, leave for 10 minutes, knead the yeast dough, leave for 1 hour, form buns, send for proofing in a warm place, and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Place parsnip and carrot sticks in a bag, add salt and pepper. Tie the bag and shake to mix the vegetables with salt and pepper. Spread vegetables in an even layer on a baking sheet, pour with oil and fry until softened (15-20 minutes).
Step 3
Combine grated cheese, chopped peppers, mayonnaise and 1 tsp. spicy mixture. Mix.
Step 4
Form cutlets in a frying pan from the finished minced cutlet, fry them in a frying pan with the addition of oil.
Step 5
Fry the cut side on the rolls for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Put some of the cheese and pepper on the browned side of the bun. Put the finished cutlet on top and cover with the second part of the bun.
Step 7
Place the cheeseburger and some of the fried spicy parsnip and carrot sticks on a serving plate.
