Every time I want to prepare a new and tasty dish for the New Year's table. The proposed tartlets will play the role of a new one, and the Olivier salad will help preserve the traditions.
It is necessary

- - butter - 250 g;
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- - wheat flour - 2 glasses;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - baking powder - 1 tsp
- For filling:
- - chicken egg - 3 pcs.:
- - boiled sausage - 300 g;
- - potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
- - canned peas - 1 can;
- - mayonnaise - to taste;
- - salt - optional.
Instructions
Step 1
Make tartlet dough. Combine dry ingredients in a deep bowl. Mash the butter and eggs in a separate bowl, then combine with the dry mixture. After kneading the dough, put it in a plastic bag. Leave the dough in a cool place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Boil hard boiled eggs for salad. Do the same with potatoes. Free the cooled food from the shell and skin, cut into small pieces. Finely chop the sausage and pickled cucumbers, combine with potatoes and eggs.
Step 3
Roll out the rested dough into a layer no more than 0.5 centimeters. Slice the dough pieces to fit the muffin tins. Distribute each piece in a mold, sprinkle dry peas on top.
Step 4
Heat the oven to 180 degrees, place a baking sheet with tartlets. Bake convenience foods for 15-17 minutes. After taking out the baked goods, leave to cool on the sheet, then free from forms and peas.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients for the salad shortly before the celebration. Fill the tartlets with olive salad, garnish and place on the table.
