Cut the chicken breast into large cubes, cut the cucumbers and onions in the same way, pass the garlic through a garlic press. Place the cucumbers, chicken, onions, and canned beans in a deep bowl. Combine sour cream with salt, garlic, pepper and whisk lightly. Pour the sour cream dressing over the products and mix gently. Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then arrange in salad bowls and garnish with parsley sprigs on top.

White bean salad with vegetables

Canned white beans can be used to make a light salad that is suitable for diet meals. To prepare the dish, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 can of canned beans;

- 3 medium tomatoes;

- 1 red onion;

- 3 sprigs of fresh basil;

- 1 medium cucumber;

- 0.5 lemons;

- 2 tbsp. l. oregano;

- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;

- salt to taste.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, the onion into thin rings, and peel the cucumber and cut it into large strips. Put canned beans in a colander and rinse, add them to a bowl of vegetables.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, mix it with olive oil and oregano. Salt the salad, cover with oil dressing and sprinkle with coarsely chopped basil. Put the dish in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then serve.

"High-calorie" white bean salad

To make this salad, you will need the following foods:

- 300 g of canned beans;

- 2 medium tomatoes;

- 200 g of pickled mushrooms;

- 1 onion;

- 200 g of ham;

- 1 clove of garlic;

- greens of dill and parsley;

- mayonnaise;

- salt to taste.

Cut the tomatoes and ham into cubes, the mushrooms into thin slices, cut the onion into half rings, drain the water from the beans. Combine mayonnaise with finely chopped garlic and salt.

Lay all the ingredients in layers on a flat dish, greasing each layer with dressing. Products should alternate in the following order: tomatoes, mushrooms, ham, onions, beans, finely chopped greens. The finished salad must be placed in the refrigerator and left to soak for an hour.
