This appetizer has an unusual mushroom flavor. It is necessary

  • - zucchini or zucchini - 1.5 kg;
  • - garlic - 5 cloves;
  • - vegetable oil - 0.5 cups;
  • - fresh dill - 1 large bunch;
  • - sugar –3 tbsp. l;
  • - vinegar (9%) - 0.5 cups;
  • - salt - 1 tbsp. l;
  • - ground black pepper - 0.5 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel the zucchini, cut them into large slices so that the slices look like chopped milk mushrooms. It is better to use young zucchini with a strong core, but if the core in vegetables is loose, then remove it, otherwise you will not be able to achieve the effect of pickled mushrooms.

Step 2

Chop the dill, peel the garlic and cut into pieces. Add garlic and dill to the zucchini, season everything with sugar, salt and spices, add oil and vinegar and leave to marinate for three hours at room temperature.

Step 3

Arrange the marinated zucchini in sterile jars prepared in advance, cover with sterile lids and place the jars in a large pot of warm water with a tea towel at the bottom. The water in the pan should reach up to the hangers of the jars. Sterilize the jars for about 6 minutes from the moment the water boils.

Step 4

Roll up the cans, turn them upside down. Banks should not be wrapped. Leave the jars to cool completely, then put them in a cool place.
