This original salad made with mushrooms deserves your attention. It is quite simple to prepare it, and the taste is very rich and unusual. By the way, almost any mushrooms are suitable for cooking, for example champignons, porcini or butter.
Ingredients:
- 350-400 g of mushrooms (champignons);
- 4 medium carrots;
- 3-4 potatoes;
- A pair of onion heads;
- Eggs - 3 pcs;
- Vegetable oil;
- Mayonnaise;
- Parsley.
Preparation:
- The first step is to prepare vegetables. To do this, they are thoroughly washed, put in a saucepan and filled with water. Then the container is put on fire. After the liquid boils, the fire is reduced. The vegetables should be cooked until cooked through.
- Mushrooms must be cleaned of debris and dirt and washed thoroughly. Then they are cut with a sharp knife into thin plates or not very large pieces. The onion must be peeled and cut into small cubes.
- Put a frying pan on the fire and pour sunflower oil into it. When it gets hot, add the chopped mushrooms. After the liquid has evaporated, an onion is added (if you wish, you can also add a little chopped garlic, then the mushrooms will turn out to be more fragrant). They must be fried until fully cooked. Salt is added almost at the very end.
- Hard-boil chicken eggs and peel them. After that, you need to grind the proteins separately using a coarse grater and yolks, crushing them with your hands. Move the yolks to the side, as they will only be needed at the very end.
- Then you should peel the boiled vegetables. Grind potatoes and carrots with a coarse grater, but do not put them together, but use different containers.
- After all the products are chopped, you can proceed to the direct preparation of the salad. It consists of layers, each of which must be coated with a small amount of mayonnaise. And also they need to be salted to taste.
- So, potatoes are laid out on the bottom of the salad bowl, fried mushrooms on it in an even layer. Then comes grated carrots and at the end - chopped protein.
- The "Mushrooms under a fur coat" salad is almost ready. It remains only to decorate it. To do this, sprinkle the top layer with chopped yolk, and you can also use fresh herbs. Amanita can be made from boiled eggs and small tomatoes (mayonnaise is suitable for specks). As a result, your salad will turn out not only very tasty, but also incredibly beautiful.
