Salad "Herring under a fur coat" is a national New Year's dish. There are many recipes for this dish. You can prepare a salad according to the classic recipe, or you can according to the original, with the addition of mushrooms. The taste will not suffer from this, but will only improve. - • Bow head
- • Oil - 3 tbsp.
- • Champignon mushrooms - 0.5 kg
- • Potatoes - 3 pieces
- • Carrots - 3 pieces
- • Large beets
- • Mayonnaise - 100 g
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes, two carrots and beets.
Step 2
Wash and grind the remaining carrots.

Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry.

Mix carrots, onions and mushrooms. Pass through a meat grinder, or grind in a blender.

Peel and grind the herring fillet.
