For a light dinner, you can prepare a tender potato casserole with minced meat. The dish turns out to be light and tasty!

- - yolk 1 pc.;
- - bread crumbs 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - butter 50 g;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the filling. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add minced meat to the finished onion, salt and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally. You can add a little water to the minced meat so that the filling does not disintegrate.
Step 2
Peel and boil potatoes until cooked. Beat the finished potatoes with a blender with a little water. Then pour hot milk into the resulting mass and add butter. Toss and add 1 raw egg. Whisk the mashed potatoes again with a blender.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter. Put half of the potato mass in an even layer on the bottom of the mold. Top with the meat filling in an even layer. Then put the potato mass on top again. Press down on each layer a little to prevent the casserole from falling apart when serving. Next, sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs and brush with yolk.
Step 4
Place the casserole in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. The finished potato casserole should rise slightly and have a golden crust.
