Potato casserole is a simple and affordable dish that combines both a meat component and a side dish. It cooks very quickly, it turns out hearty and tasty!

- -600 g potatoes
- -300 g minced pork and beef
- -4 tomatoes
- -30 g flour
- -1 glass of cold water
- -2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- -150 g sour cream
- -120 g of hard cheese
- -3 pieces of bay leaves
- -salt, ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, stirring constantly, until a crumbly consistency.
Step 2
Dry the flour in a heavy-bottomed pan until creamy. Add a glass of cold water to the flour, stir so that there are no lumps.
Step 3
Combine flour mixture with minced meat, add bay leaf, salt and pepper. Stir all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.

Place baking paper in a deep baking dish and brush with oil.

Place a third of the potatoes in a mold. Place half of the minced meat on top. Then a layer of potatoes and the remaining minced meat.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Place them on top of the casserole along with the remaining potato circles.
Step 8
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 9
Pour sour cream over the potato casserole and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese on the casserole 10-15 minutes before cooking.
