A very tasty and mouth-watering culinary product loved since childhood - these are juices. Due to the filling of delicate cottage cheese, the products are juicy, for which they got their name. The recipe for the dish is quite simple, as well as the cooking process. It does not take much time to make and bake.

- 70 g butter
- 4 tbsp. sour cream spoons
- 2-2.5 cups wheat flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon of citric acid
- a pinch of salt
- For filling:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tbsp. sour cream spoons
- 1 egg
- 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of wheat flour

Step 1
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Step 2
Sift the flour through a sieve.
Step 3
Beat the egg lightly.
Step 4
Combine sour cream with egg, sugar and salt.

Whisk the resulting mixture until smooth.

Add oil and citric acid baking soda.
Step 7
Continuing to stir the mixture, add flour and knead the dough.

Roll a dough into a dough, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Prepare the filling and rub the curd through a sieve.

Separate the white from the yolk and beat the white into a stiff froth with sugar.

Add sour cream, flour to the curd and stir well.
