Instructions
Step 1
You can freeze cutlets in different ways - raw, undercooked and completely cooked. Each of these options has its own advantages and disadvantages, choose the one that you like best.
Step 2
The easiest way is to freeze raw cutlets. Dilute the minced cutlet in your usual way, shape it, cover a cutting board or refrigerator shelf with parchment paper, lay the cutlets on it and refrigerate. At the same time, the temperature in the freezer should be as low as possible, shock freezing is always more gentle for products than gradual freezing. After freezing, place the patties in a plastic bag or container.
Step 3
Raw cutlets do not need to be thawed before frying. Just take them out of the refrigerator, let the top layer melt slightly, roll in breadcrumbs and fry as usual.
Step 4
Some people prefer to lightly fry the semi-finished product before freezing. This takes a minimum of time, just dip the cutlets in hot oil and fry over high heat until golden brown. When removing from the pan, place them in a plastic container in which they will be stored. Remember to chill the patties well before freezing. You can then cook them in a pan or in the oven.
Step 5
Well, you can send ready-made cutlets to the refrigerator. Just put them in a container, close the tight lid and you're done. You can reheat such cutlets both in the microwave oven, in a pan or in the oven.
Step 6
If you freeze several varieties of semi-finished products, be sure to sign the package with them so that you can see what kind of product it is and in what way it is best to bring it to readiness.
