It's easy to prepare a hearty dinner for the whole family! For example, chicken liver with zucchini is a tasty and satisfying dish, and most importantly, it does not take long to cook.
  It is necessary
- - chicken liver - 500 grams;
 - - one zucchini;
 - - one onion;
 - - flour - 2 tablespoons;
 - - two cloves of garlic;
 - - butter - 1 spoon;
 - - thyme - 2 branches;
 - - pepper, salt.
 
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the liver in half. Combine flour with pepper and salt. Dip the chicken liver in flour, shake the excess.
Step 2
Cut the onion into half rings and the zucchini into slices. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Put the liver in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil, fry on all sides, turning constantly. After five minutes of frying, add garlic, onion, thyme, butter and sauté together for another two minutes.
Step 4
Take out the finished liver, in the same skillet, fry the zucchini until golden brown. Place the chicken liver and zucchini on a plate, garnish with a sprig of thyme. Bon Appetit!
