Chicken liver is delicious on its own. But if you cook it under the original marinade, and even with zucchini, you can get a funky dish.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of chicken liver,
- - 300 g zucchini,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of balsamic vinegar,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver, dry well (you can use paper towels), remove the films. Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of honey and the same amount of olive oil to a bowl to the liver, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently and leave the chicken liver to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the zucchini (if you wish, you can cut off the peel), dry, cut into circles. Place half of the zucchini circles in an ovenproof dish. Spread the chicken liver evenly on the zucchini layer. Place the rest of the zucchini on the liver. If you don't want to cook in layers, you can mix the liver with the zucchini.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the zucchini and chicken liver dish in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. When preparing the dish, make sure that the zucchini does not burn. Let the cooked zucchini with liver cool slightly, serve in portions, garnished with fresh parsley or dill.
