  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of fructose;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina;
  • - 2 apples;
  • - cinnamon.

Instructions

Step 1

Millet Pumpkin Porridge Peel the fresh pumpkin and remove the seeds. Chop finely, put in a saucepan, cover with water, cover and cook over medium heat for ten minutes. Rinse the millet, add water to cover the cereal, and boil. Then carefully drain the water and transfer the millet to the pumpkin. Go through and rinse the rice. Put it in a saucepan with pumpkin and millet. Pour in milk, salt and mix everything thoroughly. Put on low heat and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes until the porridge thickens. Then cover tightly with a lid, wrap the pan well with a towel and leave for thirty minutes to soak. Serve the butter separately.

Step 2

Buns "Bulbochki" Peel potatoes, wash and boil in salted water. Then drain the water and crush the potatoes well with a mortar. Make sure there are no lumps. Chop the bacon finely. Peel and cut the onions into small cubes. Put bacon and onions in a frying pan, add a little vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Combine mashed potatoes with flour, add butter, grated cheese, milk and baking powder (a baking powder that will add fluffiness and airiness to the product). If you don't have a ready-made baking powder on hand, it's easy to make your own. To prepare a tablespoon of baking powder, stir in 0.5 tbsp. l. soda and citric acid. It is recommended that the ready-made baking powder is first mixed with flour, then sieved and only then added to the dough. Place the bacon and onion in the potato dough and mix thoroughly. Divide into pieces, roll into balls, brush each with an egg and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the buns in it until tender.

Step 3

Curd casserole Mix curd with eggs, add fructose and semolina. Wash the apples, chop finely and combine with the curd mass. You can add cinnamon, which not only gives the casserole its unique aroma and flavor, but also helps to reduce glucose. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and transfer the mixture to a greased mold. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the mold with curd dough in it for twenty minutes to bake.
