Mix 250 g milk powder with 70 g cocoa powder.

Boil the syrup from sugar and water.

Pour a mass of milk with cocoa into hot sugar syrup, mix thoroughly.

Add 100 g of butter to the mixture and stir the mixture until the butter dissolves.

Take a glass tray and grease it with oil.

Pour more liquid chocolate mass onto the tray.
