All year round I want to delight myself and my loved ones with fresh fruit. In summer and autumn, such an opportunity is provided by nature itself, but in winter and spring you have to prepare jelly, compotes and fillings for pies from frozen berries and fruits. But even from them, in the cold season, you can pamper your family with healthy vitamin fruit cocktails that bring back memories of a hot sunny summer.
It is necessary
- 1st fruit cocktail:
- - Orange (large sweet) - 4 pcs.;
- - grapefruit (red) - 1 pc.;
- - banana - 3 pcs.;
- - ice - 1 handful.
- 2nd fruit cocktail:
- - Banana - 3 pcs.;
- - berries of cranberries, black currants (can be frozen) - 2 handfuls;
- - apple - 1 pc.;
- - apple or orange juice - 0.5 tbsp.;
- - yogurt - 3 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Option I. Grapefruits, oranges and bananas are sold in stores and markets in summer and winter, so this one can be considered the easiest fruit cocktail in terms of product availability. Wash and peel the fruit. In grapefruit, it is best to remove any white fibers that can give off bitterness.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice out of the orange and grapefruit.
Step 3
Cut the banana into small pieces.
Step 4
Place the fruit juice and banana slices in a blender. Whisk until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the cocktail into beautiful glasses and garnish with orange slices before serving.
Step 6
Option II. This cocktail should be drunk immediately after you prepare it. Peel bananas and apples and cut into fairly small pieces.
Step 7
If you use frozen berries, then you do not need to defrost them before placing them in the blender if it is equipped with an ice crushing function. Just put them in a container and grind them for twenty seconds.
Step 8
Place all prepared fruits, juice and yoghurt into a blender and beat until smooth. This cocktail is very rich in vitamins.
