Whipped cream is the simplest and most delicious solution for filling cakes and pastries, for berry desserts. Whether you get a fluffy, creamy mass with a delicate flavor depends on what kind of cream you use and how you whip it.
It is necessary
- - 5 tsp dry cream;
- - 150 g of dry whipping cream;
- - 1 glass of water;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - mixer.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a mixture for whipping from powdered cream: put 5 teaspoons of powder in a glass, add a little cold or warm water and stir thoroughly. Gradually add water until the glass is full, stirring continuously (the fat content of the resulting mixture should be at least 33%).
Step 2
Use dry cream for whipping: add a glass of milk to 150 grams of the mixture according to the instructions on the package, stir until smooth. Keep in mind that whisk mixes do not contain natural ingredients, they cook well and quickly, but the taste will depend a lot on the milk you use.
Step 3
Chill the resulting mixtures in the refrigerator. Place them in the freezer two minutes before whipping, but be careful not to freeze or the cream will not whisk. You can place the chilled bowl of the mixture on ice. Also, place a whisk and mixer bowl in the freezer for one to two minutes.
Step 4
Set the spinning speed to the lowest setting and beat for three to four minutes, then increase the speed one division, beat for three minutes, and continue to the next speed. When the mixture thickens, gradually reduce the whipping speed. Check the consistency by lifting the mixer beaters over the container: if the cream does not fall from the end and forms a head, then it is ready. Place the whipped mixture in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Make a simple dessert with whipped cream: Buy ready-made puff pastry tins, place half a teaspoon of jam on the bottom of each tins, fill them with whipped cream and garnish with currants, raspberries or blackberries, sprinkle with grated chocolate, or decorate with pastry beads.
Step 6
Use whipped cream for desserts with fruits, berries, chocolate, caramel. Such desserts, in turn, go well with coffee. Serve whipped cream and hot pastries for tea.
