Kissel is recommended to be included in the children's menu from one year old. This is a very nutritious dish as it contains starch. Therefore, it is especially useful for children who are lagging behind in terms of weight. In addition, it can be prepared on the basis of berries, milk and made not only nutritious, but also healthy.
It is necessary
- For honey jelly:
- - 2 glasses of water;
- - 3 tbsp. honey;
- - 3 tbsp. starch;
- - 1 tbsp. fructose;
- - 3 tbsp. lemon juice.
- For cherry jelly:
- - 1 glass of cherries;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 1 tbsp. l. starch;
- - 0.5 liters of water.
- For chocolate jelly:
- - 1, 5 glasses of milk;
- - 2 tsp cocoa powder;
- - 3 tsp Sahara;
- - 1 tbsp. starch.
- For milk jelly:
- - 4 glasses of milk;
- - 0.5 cups of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. starch;
- - vanillin.
- For apple jelly:
- - 500 g of apples;
- - 2 glasses of water;
- - 3/4 cup sugar;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. starch.
Instructions
Step 1
Honey jelly Dissolve honey in hot water. Dissolve the starch in a little cold water and add to the honey solution. Put the mixture on fire, bring to a boil, add fructose and lemon juice. Pour the jelly into cups, serve chilled.
Step 2
Cherry Jelly Remove the pits from the cherries. Put water on fire, bring to a boil, add berries and sugar, reduce heat. Dissolve the starch in a little cold water. Without ceasing to interfere, pour into the boiling mixture, cook until thickened, stirring constantly and avoiding the formation of lumps.
Step 3
Chocolate jelly Dissolve the cocoa powder in one tablespoon of cold milk, add sugar, mix thoroughly until smooth. Dissolve the starch in six tablespoons of milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, remove from heat and pour in the diluted cocoa. Put the mixture on fire, bring to a boil again and pour in the starch, stirring constantly (keep on fire for no more than one minute).
Step 4
Milk jelly Put a saucepan with three glasses of milk on the fire, add sugar, bring to a boil. Dissolve the starch in a little boiled water, add the solution to one glass of cold milk and pour the mixture into the boiling milk, stirring continuously. Simmer for five minutes over low heat. Add vanillin for flavor, pour into cups, cool, serve warm or cold.
Step 5
Apple jelly Wash apples, cut into thin slices, cover with water and put on fire. Strain the broth, wipe the apples or mix in a blender, then put the applesauce in the broth. Add sugar, bring mixture to a boil. Dissolve the starch in cold water and add to the broth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat after one to two minutes.
