  • For milk jelly:
  • - 4 glasses of milk;
  • - 0.5 cups of sugar;
  • - 2 tbsp. starch;
  • - vanillin.
  • For apple jelly:
  • - 500 g of apples;
  • - 2 glasses of water;
  • - 3/4 cup sugar;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. starch.

Instructions

Step 1

Honey jelly Dissolve honey in hot water. Dissolve the starch in a little cold water and add to the honey solution. Put the mixture on fire, bring to a boil, add fructose and lemon juice. Pour the jelly into cups, serve chilled.

Step 2

Cherry Jelly Remove the pits from the cherries. Put water on fire, bring to a boil, add berries and sugar, reduce heat. Dissolve the starch in a little cold water. Without ceasing to interfere, pour into the boiling mixture, cook until thickened, stirring constantly and avoiding the formation of lumps.
