It is necessary
- - 1.5 liters of milk;
- - 1 liter of water;
- - 200 gr. ginger root;
- - 5 sticks of cinnamon;
- - 5-7 peas of black pepper;
- - a little nutmeg;
- - 1-2 branches of carnations;
- - 4-6 tablespoons of black leaf tea;
- - if desired - a stick of vanilla and 1-2 teaspoons of honey.
Instructions
Step 1
It is advisable to brew tea in the morning. First, bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat.
Step 2
Finely grate the ginger, break up the vanilla and cinnamon sticks. Add them and the rest of the spices to the water, then cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Slowly add milk, then add black tea and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Let the tea brew for another 15-20 minutes, then strain for ease of use.
