- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 250 grams of mayonnaise

- Mixer, pancake pan, grater, blender or meat grinder.
Instructions
Step 1
We remove films from the liver, cut out the ducts. Cut into pieces and soak for 2 hours in milk (1, 5 cups of milk). Drain the milk, scroll the liver through a meat grinder or in a blender.
Step 2
Add milk, eggs, salt, pepper, flour to the liver and beat with a mixer. The dough should look like pancakes.
Step 3
Grease the pan with oil, heat it up and bake liver pancakes over medium heat. Turn the pancake over when it is not red.

Making the filling for the cake. Cut the onion into cubes, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
