The cake with the interesting name "Anthill" is familiar to many - it was prepared back in the USSR, passing the recipe for a treat from a neighbor to a neighbor on a handwritten notebook sheet of paper. For a long time, the composition of the ingredients has practically not changed, and the sweet slide, as before, is decorated with poppy seeds or pieces of chocolate. It is not difficult to make an Anthill cake by following step-by-step recommendations with a detailed description of the actions.
It is necessary
- - 120 g of butter for the dough and separately 150 g - for the cream;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 2 chicken raw eggs;
- - a bag of baking powder;
- - 2 cups sifted flour;
- - can of condensed milk;
- - poppy seeds or milk / bitter chocolate - to decorate the cake.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the dough by mixing softened butter with chicken eggs in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour slightly warmed milk into the butter-egg mass, grind with a fork or beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Pour flour sifted 2 times through a sieve, baking powder from a bag, knead a sufficiently dense dough with your hands. It should not stick to your hands or spread over the bowl.
Step 4
Form a ball with your palms, transfer to a bag and place in the refrigerator for an hour. If you want to finish making the Anthill cake quickly, you can put the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat a baking sheet and brush with oil. Scroll cold dough from the freezer through a manual meat grinder with large holes or grate. If there are no such devices at home, it is recommended to simply pick small pieces from the dough, roll them in the manner of worms.

Bake the pieces of dough until browned at 160 degrees, remove from the oven, cool.
Step 7
Prepare a sweet cream by whisking butter and condensed milk from a jar with a mixer. The consistency should be dense, homogeneous.

Break the baked dough pieces into smaller pieces with your hands, mix in a bowl with homemade cream.

Put the resulting sweet mass on a flat dish, forming a hill-anthill with your palms. To prevent the mass from sticking to your fingers, you can slightly moisten them, or use a spoon.

Before serving, slightly chill the Anthill cake on the refrigerator shelf, decorate as you wish.
