    • For the cabbage and orange salad:
    • cabbage - 1/4 head of cabbage;
    • apple - 3 pcs;
    • carrots - 1 pc;
    • orange - 1 pc;
    • lemon juice;

Instructions

Step 1

Make a Greek salad. Cut all vegetables: tomatoes - into slices, cucumbers - into semicircles, onions - into half rings, peppers - into strips. Cut the cheese into cubes. Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Place vegetables, cheese and olives in a large bowl, pour over the sauce and stir.

Make a coleslaw and radish salad. Cut the radish into thin slices, cabbage, pepper, cucumber into strips, tomato into cubes, and onion into half rings. Chop the herbs finely.
