Instructions
Step 1
Make a Greek salad. Cut all vegetables: tomatoes - into slices, cucumbers - into semicircles, onions - into half rings, peppers - into strips. Cut the cheese into cubes. Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Place vegetables, cheese and olives in a large bowl, pour over the sauce and stir.
Step 2
Make a coleslaw and radish salad. Cut the radish into thin slices, cabbage, pepper, cucumber into strips, tomato into cubes, and onion into half rings. Chop the herbs finely. Place vegetables in a salad bowl, season with salt to taste and pour over with vegetable oil. This is a delicious, light salad. It perfectly replaces the side dish. You can use both white cabbage and red cabbage.
Step 3
Serve the chicken with potato salad. Prepare 4 medium-sized potatoes, cooked in their skins and peeled. Do not use crumbly potatoes for this dish. Marinate the onions first. Cut it into half rings, rub with salt, add 4 tablespoons of cucumber pickle, pepper lightly and leave for half an hour. Cut cucumbers and potatoes into cubes, chop the herbs with a knife. Combine vegetables with pickled onions. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Complement the chicken dish with an unusual salad if you want to try a new, interesting combination. Cut the cabbage into strips, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Peel the orange peels and films. Cut the pulp into cubes. Core the apple, cut the fruit into strips. Mix everything, add the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and oil to taste.
