The insanely delicious bean soup will be especially appreciated by lovers of legumes. It is not difficult and interesting to prepare.

- - 200 g beans
- - 1 large carrot
- - 2 medium tomatoes
- - 2 pcs. onions
- - 1 red bell pepper
- - 200 g broccoli or plain cabbage
- - 70 g green beans
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - greens

- - pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water for several hours, then drain the water, pour in fresh water and cook over low heat until tender, about an hour. The beans should be soft and crumbly.
Step 2
Rinse all vegetables thoroughly in cool water, peel and rinse again with clean water. Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences, they break off well, so you don't need a knife. On a cutting board, finely chop the onion, put it in a separate container. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, carrots into slices, bell peppers into strips.
Step 3
Bring the broth to a boil. It can be vegetable, chicken, meat, and mushroom, but mushroom and vegetable are best suited. Pour carrots and onions into it, cook for 5-7 minutes, add peppers, tomatoes, green beans, broccoli, continue to cook, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper the dish.
Step 4
After the soup has boiled, add the boiled beans to it, continue to cook for another 4 minutes. Add greens a minute before turning off. Pour into bowls and serve.
