Vegetable stew turns out to be unusually tasty and aromatic. A great option for preparing a quick dinner.
It is necessary
- - onions 1 pc.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - zucchini 2 pcs.;
- - tomatoes 4-5 pcs.;
- - Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.;
- - chopped greens 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - canned beans 1 can;
- - hunting sausages 5-6 pcs.;
- - balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - soy sauce 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt;
- - sugar 1 teaspoon;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, pour over boiling water and remove the skin. Cut them into small cubes. Peel the onions, peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes, the same size as a tomato. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk, peel and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until transparent. Then add carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, greens one by one. Stir everything each time and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the juice from a can of beans, add it to the vegetables and stir. Then add the sausages to the stew. Pour the tomatoes with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, add sugar, salt and ground pepper. Pour the whole mixture over the vegetables. Cover the stew with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
