Chili soup is an interesting Mexican dish. This bean soup is spicy, thick and has a look that attracts and immediately boosts your appetite. This hearty soup is made from beans, minced meat and tomato paste.
It is necessary
- For five servings:
- - 700 ml tomato paste;
- - 500 g minced meat;
- - 1 can of canned beans;
- - 1 can of canned tomatoes;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1 chili pepper;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 teaspoons of ground cumin;
- - 1 teaspoon of cocoa;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - black pepper, salt, cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the minced meat directly in the saucepan where you will cook the soup. Mash the minced meat well beforehand - there should not be too large lumps.
Step 2
Peel and rinse vegetables. Chop the onion finely. Fry it in a skillet, add finely chopped chili. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Add chopped garlic cloves, simmer.
Step 3
Transfer the frying to the minced meat, add the tomatoes, cover everything with tomato paste, pour in the water. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 45 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
After this time, add salt and sugar, add canned beans. Put a spoonful of cocoa, add a small amount of water, cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.
