Mushroom soup with oyster mushrooms and pasta

For 4 servings of soup, you will need the following foods:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 3-4 small carrots;
  • 4 stalks of stalked celery;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 4 cups vegetable broth;
