For a simple mushroom pie, knead a dough of 250 grams of sifted flour, 150 grams of loose butter, a pinch of table salt and a couple of raw yolks. In a bowl, beat a couple of eggs, mix with three tablespoons of sour cream and 0.5 cups of grated hard cheese. Season with salt to taste and pour the mixture over the pizza-pie.
