Step 1
To make vodka, you need a large enough and capacious container. Pour 10 liters of hot boiled water into this container. A mandatory requirement in the preparation of vodka is the quality of water (hardness should not exceed 4 mg / eq.). Wash and dry the grain thoroughly. Pour 4 kg into a bowl of water. grains and mix well. Then add another 10 liters of hot water, stir again. After some time, add 10 liters of cold water to the same container. Add 50 grams of yeast, stir, cover and leave the mash to infuse for three days. After 3 days, the resulting mash must be distilled through a steam apparatus. You will have excellent quality bread vodka, which must be bottled and served on the table on holidays.
Step 2
You can make the well-known vodka called "Mead" at home. Mix all the necessary ingredients in a large bowl - honey, yeast, syrup and water. Cover and leave in a warm place for about a week. Then distill through the steam apparatus. The result will be the famous and aromatic vodka "Meadovuha", which can be served for family holidays.
