Step 1
Wheat is one of the main components of vodka. But first it needs to be germinated in order to get high-quality vodka. Wheat must be sieved and washed in warm water. Fold in a wooden bowl and pour in a little water, leave until the wheat swells completely. Every eight hours, the water must be changed to fresh water.
Step 2
When the wheat swells, sprinkle it in a small layer in a cool room and cover with a damp cloth. For the first 5 days, the wheat should be turned regularly. And in the next 5 days, limit the flow of air. Ten days later, roots up to 5 centimeters long should form on the wheat.
Step 3
Take a container with a volume of 30 liters, pour in the germinated wheat and gently smooth over the bottom of the pan. Pour water so that it is 5 centimeters higher than the wheat volume.
Step 4
After that, add 1.5 kilograms of granulated sugar, cover and put in a cool dark place for a week.
Step 5
After a week, add another fifteen liters of water to the container and add five kilograms of sugar, mix thoroughly. Leave to ferment for another 3-4 days.
Step 6
After the solution stops fermenting, it must be filtered through a colander or sieve and distilled through a moonshine still.
