  • - 200 g of crab meat;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 200 g squid;
  • - 5-6 sheets of Chinese cabbage;

  • - mayonnaise;
  • - 100 g of red caviar;
  • - 100 g of protein black caviar;
  • - greenery for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil three eggs until tender, cool and peel them. Cook the squid in lightly salted water, let cool. Wash five to six sheets of Peking salad and pat dry.

Step 2

Place the first layer of seafood salad on a low round dish. To do this, chop the contents of one packet of crab meat. Brush liberally with mayonnaise. Leave a few straight stripes on the decoration.
