Step 1
Boil three eggs until tender, cool and peel them. Cook the squid in lightly salted water, let cool. Wash five to six sheets of Peking salad and pat dry.

Place the first layer of seafood salad on a low round dish. To do this, chop the contents of one packet of crab meat. Brush liberally with mayonnaise. Leave a few straight stripes on the decoration.
