Seafood salad is a light and tasty appetizer that will diversify any festive table. And the dish, decorated in the shape of a heart, will go well with a romantic dinner with your loved one and will not burn you and leave him indifferent.
It is necessary
- - 1 pack of crab meat or sticks;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 200 g squid;
- - 100 g of red caviar;
- - 100 g shrimp
- - mayonnaise.

Step 1
Prepare foods for your seafood salad. Wash the parsley, boil the squid and eggs. Boil the shrimp and peel them. Take a large, low dish. Ideally, it will have the shape of a heart or a triangle.

Chop the crab meat and place on the platter, forming a heart-shaped salad base. Brush the first layer liberally with mayonnaise. Spread chopped parsley on it.

Cut the squid rings into 8 pieces, put on a dish, saturate the layer with mayonnaise.
