To prepare a festive salad with caviar and seafood, you will need: 300 g of freshly frozen shrimp, 240 g of canned squid, 5 chicken eggs, 140 g of red caviar, mayonnaise, 1 quail egg, pitted olives, fresh parsley, fresh dill, salt to taste.

Place the olives near the shrimp. Place a quail egg in the very center of the salad, put fresh parsley leaves around it. Garnish with dill if desired.
