Homemade bread is delicious, aromatic and nutritious. Today there are many kitchen appliances that make baking easier. One of them is a slow cooker, in which you can also bake bread.
It is necessary
- - 1 packet of dry yeast (15 -20 g);
- - about 4 tbsp. wheat flour;
- - 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- - 1 tbsp. l. salt;
- - 2 tbsp. warm water;
- - 1/4 Art. sunflower oil;
- - 1-2 tbsp. l. oils for lubricating the multicooker bowl.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a deep container for the dough. Sift flour. Pour 2 cups of flour into a container, add yeast, salt and sugar, mix.
Step 2
Add liquid ingredients - pour in water and vegetable oil. Knead thoroughly. The dough will be runny. Add about 2 more cups of flour, knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands. You may need a little less flour, or vice versa, a little more.
Step 3
When the dough is ready, grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil; it is better to put a silicone mat or baking paper oiled on the bottom so that the bread does not stick to the bowl.
Step 4
Knead the dough, shape into a ball, put the dough in a bowl, set the heating mode, close the lid of the multicooker, and set for about 50 minutes. During this time, the dough will rise 2 - 3 times. The dough can be checked periodically, but make sure that the dough does not settle at all. If possible, it is better not to open the lid at all.
Step 5
After the dough has risen, set the baking mode. During this time, one side of the bread will bake well. After that, take out the multicooker bowl, gently turn the bread over, put it back into the bowl. Set the slow cooker for another 50 minutes.
Step 6
After the second side of the bread is baked, remove the pastry from the bowl so that it does not get damp. Cover the bread with a towel, let it cool slightly, and you can cut it into portions.
Step 7
Homemade bread will taste great both hot and cold. It can be used either with any dish or on its own. The bread made according to this recipe will please all family members.
