  • - one packet of instant yeast;

  • - 900 grams of flour;

Step 1

Pour milk into a deep enamel pan and heat it to 40-50 degrees, then remove the pan from heat, add sugar and yeast to it, mix everything thoroughly and let stand for five minutes.

Step 2

Over time, add about 600 grams of flour to the mixture and knead the batter (it is best to sift the flour first, in this case, the bread will ultimately turn out to be softer and fluffier). Place the dough in a warm place for 40-50 minutes (an oven is a great option, adjust the temperature in it to 50 degrees and place a saucepan in it).

Step 3

As soon as the specified time has passed and the dough rises about twice, add salt, the remaining flour and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough, mix and put it back in a warm place, but for a shorter period (about 30 minutes).

Step 4

Pour two or three tablespoons of flour on the work surface, dump the dough into the flour and slightly remember, form a ball out of it. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and put the resulting lump in it. Put the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid and set the heating mode for 10-15 minutes, then turn off the multicooker and leave the dough for about 40 minutes (during this time it will rise to the required size). Once the dough is right, turn the multicooker to bake mode for one hour.

Step 5

After a while, gently turn the resulting bread over and put the slow cooker back on the baking mode (time - 20-30 minutes). Delicious, delicate and aromatic white bread in a slow cooker is ready.
