First grade flour must be sieved into a separate bowl. And then, in small portions, the flour should be poured into the milk, stirring. When all the flour is poured, the resulting dough should be thoroughly mash on the table or on a special board sprinkled with flour.

Step 3

Then knead the dough, giving it a ball-like shape. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave for 40-50 minutes.

After the time runs out, wait 20 minutes and turn on the "Heating" mode for another 3 minutes. All this time, it is not recommended to open the lid of the multicooker. After three minutes, leave the dough to stand for another 15 minutes.

Step 6

Now the volume of the dough should increase markedly and you can start baking the bread directly. On the multicooker panel, select the "Baking" mode and set the timer to 90 minutes.

Step 7

After the multicooker turns off automatically after 90 minutes, you need to carefully remove the bread from the bowl and turn it over. Then again program the multicooker for the "Baking" mode for half an hour.

Step 8

When the bread is ready, you need to take it out of the multicooker and leave it to cool on the table, covered with a towel.
