Step 1

Take 800 grams (4 cups) of white wheat flour and sieve 3 times through a sieve. This must be done to enrich the flour with oxygen, which improves the quality of the bread.

Start preparing the liquid dough base. To do this, pour dry yeast, salt, sugar into 300 milliliters of warm water (36-37 degrees). Stir everything thoroughly and leave in a warm place for 5-7 minutes. Sugar and fat prolong the freshness of bread, improve its taste and aroma.

After the time has passed, add vegetable oil to the liquid base. Then knead the dough. It is important to remember that flour is gradually poured into the liquid, and not vice versa. Knead until the dough comes off your hands. Cover it and place in a warm place to lift.

Once the dough is half full in volume, beat it with your hands. Place in a warm place for the next climb. In total, the dough should come up 3 times.

Step 5

Once the dough is done, knead it thoroughly in the flour. Heat a baking dish slightly and brush with vegetable oil. Form a bread and leave to rise.

Step 6
