  • - dry red wine 300 ml

  • - bay leaves 2-3 pcs.
  • - spices for meat
  • - salt and pepper

Step 1

For this dish, you need to take beef tenderloin, which should not be greasy. If fat is found somewhere, then it must be cut off. Cut the meat into 2x2 cm cubes. Fry the beef in a pan so that the pieces are well browned.

Chop the garlic, chop the onion in half rings. Cut the bacon into large strips. It must be necessarily with a layer of fat. Fry all of the above ingredients in a multicooker bowl for five minutes. Add flour, gradually introduce wine and mix well all the ingredients of the dish. Put bay leaves and spices in a bowl and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

We transfer the fried meat to the multicooker, mix the ingredients and cook the dish for 5 hours in the "Stew" mode. During this time, the beef has time to boil well. The meat becomes fragrant and literally melts in your mouth. Potatoes, rice or buckwheat are suitable for garnish.
