Is there a kid who doesn't like ice cream? Probably not. Let's pamper our little ones and make them delicious homemade ice cream - popsicles.
It is necessary
- -200 grams of strawberries,
- -3 kiwi,
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- -150 ml of water
- -2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
For cooking, we need absolutely any strawberry, which, if desired, can be replaced with raspberries, well, or any other berry. Kiwi should be soft and ripe.
Step 2
Pour two tablespoons of sugar into the water, heat it up a little so that the sugar dissolves faster. Add lemon juice to the sugar water (adjust the amount yourself).
Step 3
Wash the strawberries, use a crusher or blender to turn them into puree.
Peel the kiwi, cut into large cubes and pass through a blender.
Add half of the sugar syrup to each puree.
Step 4
If you don't have molds on hand, use small plastic cups. I had no wooden popsicle sticks on hand and took three canapé skewers between me.
Step 5
Fill the first glass half full with strawberry puree.
Fill the second glass halfway with the kiwi puree.
We put the cups in the freezer for an hour.
Step 6
An hour later, we take out the glasses with frozen mashed potatoes, stick popsicle sticks into them and add the rest of the mashed potatoes. We put the cups in the freezer for a few more hours. The puree should freeze completely and turn into popsicles.
We take out the finished ice cream from the cups and quickly eat it.
