How to make strawberry popsicles

You will need:

- 500 grams of strawberries;

- 200 grams of sugar;

- 350 ml of water;

- 20 grams of starch.

Boil the water, add sugar, sorted and washed strawberries to it and cook the mass for 15-20 minutes. Over time, grind the hot mixture (you can use, for example, a blender). Dissolve the starch in 50 ml of cold water, then pour the starch mass over the strawberry mass and mix everything well. As soon as the prepared mixture cools down to room temperature, pour it into special molds or simply into plastic cups, place a wooden stick in the middle of each and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours.

How to make lemon popsicles

You will need:

- two lemons;

- 150 grams of sugar;

- 100 ml of water;

- a teaspoon of gelatin.

Rinse the lemons in cold water, remove the zest from one fruit, then squeeze the juice from both fruits. Soak gelatin in cold water, let it swell (leave for 15 minutes), then heat the mass in a water bath and add sugar, zest and lemon juice to it. Remove mixture from heat, cool to room temperature, pour into molds and freeze.

How to make popsicles from juice

You will need:

- 700 ml of cherry juice (you can take any to your taste);

- 200 ml of water;

- 150-200 grams of sugar (depending on the sweetness of the juice);

- a tablespoon of gelatin.

Pour the cherry juice into a saucepan, add sugar to it and put on high heat. Mix gelatin with water and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes. As soon as the juice heats up to a temperature of 60-70 degrees, pour the gelatinous mass into it and whisk everything. Cool the mixture, pour into molds and freeze (do not forget to first place special sticks in the middle of each ice cream).
