- Sugar (preferably brown) - 50 g
- Sesame - 80 g
- Raisins - 250 g
- Almonds - 200 g
- Peeled sunflower seeds - 100 g
- Honey - 180 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp / l
- Ground cinnamon - 10 g
- Ground ginger - 5 g

Step 1
First you need to mix the oatmeal with whole almonds. We take the most common flakes, you do not need to grind them. For a change, you can add buckwheat and cornflakes. Seeds and sesame seeds follow. Mix, add sugar and spices. Mix again. By the way, husk particles may remain on the purchased peeled seeds, so make sure that there is none.
Step 2
Pour honey and vegetable oil into the resulting dry mixture. Mix everything again thoroughly. Make sure that all the ingredients for the muesli are well saturated with oil and honey. It is very important. The preparatory part is over.
Step 3
Put baking paper on a baking sheet, grease it with oil. At this time, we put the oven to warm up to 170 degrees. We spread our future muesli on paper in an even layer (pre-mix). You need to bake for 40 minutes, again, stirring occasionally. When done, cool and transfer to a dry, airtight jar. Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature. Best served with kefir or yogurt.
